Power has been restored at the river station, and we are pumping water to the water treatment plant as of around 6:00 pm tonight. We will be working this evening to pump water to town and get the system back to normal. This will take several hours but we will be back to normal operation by noon tomorrow, April 8.
We appreciate everyone’s efforts to help conserve water at this time! Customers of Versailles Municipal Utilities, South Woodford, and Northeast Woodford Water Districts may resume normal activities.
Officials will continue the distribution of packaged potable (drinking) water at the Woodford County Park on Tuesday, April 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Conditions will be continuously assessed to determine whether the demand and need for this service is to continue.
