The City of Versailles will be accepting SEALED BIDS for the purpose of mowing lawns located within the City of Versailles limits, as required under Chapter 95 Nuisance Violation of the Versailles City Code Ordinance. This mowing contract will be through April 1, 2028. Each bid shall include pricing for the three following lawn sizes: greater than one-half (1/2) acre up to one (1) acre, one-half (1/2) acre and less than one-half (1/2) acre (an average residential lawn). Bidders will also have the option to bid on lots greater than one (1) acre. Bidders are required to be licensed by the City, bonded/insured and complete an Independent Contractor’s Agreement of the City. All Bids must be submitted on an Official Bid Sheet. Bid Specifications and Bid Sheets can be picked up at the Versailles Municipal Building, 196 South Main Street, Versailles, Kentucky.
Sealed bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 6, 2026 at the Versailles Municipal Building located at 196 South Main Street.
