The City of Versailles is issuing a Request for Proposals to outfit Downtown Versailles with sound capabilities & public Wi-Fi. Successful proposal should include wireless outdoor speaker arrays, all materials to secure technology, outdoor stage antenna, outdoor connection to host hookups, media player, dedicated amplification, dedicated mixer, supporting power protection, wireless microphone(s), and application to control system remotely. Must include any other parts/connectors and bracketry for installation of fully functioning sound system. Proposals can consist of different levels of service (warranties, maintenance, etc.). All proposals should include a Payment and Performance Bond.
