The new Lease Agreement and Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP)
The Housing Authority of Versailles will hold a Public Viewing for the new revisions of the Lease Agreement and the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP) required by the new HUD HOTMA regulation at the Housing Authority Administrative Office, beginning September 3, 2025. The office is located at 519 Poplar Street, Versailles. Office hours are: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. to 12 Noon, and 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday hours are: 8:00 a.m. to 12 Noon. A Public Hearing will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 6, 2025, at the same location regarding the new lease agreement and ACOP.
